ORDERS
Your order can be placed by Post, Phone, Fax or our via our
WebShop. Your goods will be delivered by either our own van or carrier to your specified address.
If you wish you can purchase goods
directly from our shop. Alternatively you can email your
requirements in advance
so they will be ready for you to collect or use our 'Click and Collect
Service. Where possible please use our order codes when ordering, indicating clearly the number of item's you require.
CLICK & COLLECT
We now have a click and collect option. Please use a Credit or Debit
card for payment (Not PayPal Express).
Service is available Monday to Friday (Currently 08:00 - 17:00)
No backorders - We will only
charge you for goods that are in stock, any out of stock items will be
removed from your order.
Good will be held for 5 days.
Please wait for your emailed INVOICE before collecting and bring it with you
for identification.
Minimum order value for this
service is £5 - (a small handling charge will apply to orders less than this
value)
DELIVERY We have to make a small charge for delivery:-

14.00 on the same day (Stock permitting, Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) For all orders under £35.00 in value
and under 35kg in weight we will charge
from £4.50 for delivery and send by second class post (3 - 5 Day Service) Orders over £35.00 in value to UK mainland addresses will be carriage paid. (FREE)
You can request express shipping (Next 'working' day Service) at a
charge of £8.50 per order. Any order over 2kg in weight will be sent by carrier (FedEx) For any item which displays the image  these goods cannot be sent by Royal Mail and will be shipped by carrier at charge of £8.50. Any order weighing over 2kg to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands
and Northern Ireland. Do Not select Next Day delivery. Overseas orders under 2kg are despatched by Airmail, at a minimum charge of £8.50. -
Track your order
here. If
you have requested a delivery service which has a tracking number. Any order over 2kg for an international destination will be despatched by courier, please ask for shipping charge before ordering. If you require any special delivery requests, we will always advise you of the cost before goods are despatched. Any back orders are sent carriage Free.
PAYMENT
Please enclose payment with your order. Make cheque's or postal orders made payable to ESR Electronic Components Ltd.
We also accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, SOLO & VISA credit cards - please include Card Number, Expiry Date, Issue No. (Maestro & Solo), 3 Digit Security Code, Card Holders Name & Address and Telephone Number. (We do not surcharge Credit/Debit Cards). Please check that you have included the correct amount for goods ordered, as if too little is sent, we will not be able to despatch your order.
PRICES
All prices shown throughout this website or at our trade/retail counter and in all correspondence exclude VAT. All prices shown are correct at time of publishing & whilst every effort will be made to maintain these prices, they are subject to alteration without notice.
Worldwide Sales (Export) do not carry Vat.
Sales to EC Vat registered customers do not get charged Vat if customers supply their Vat Registration Number when ordering.

SPECIFICATIONS
The company’s policy is one of continuous development and improvement of its products and therefore the right is reserved to supply products which may differ slightly from those described on our website. Sizes appearing throughout, although accurate at the time of going to press, should be regarded as approximate. No liability can be accepted for errors or omissions.
TECHNICAL ADVICE
Warranty shall not be affected by and no obligation or liability shall result from providing technical advice or service in connection with the customer’s order or goods supplied.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation of an order can only be accepted by prior agreement. Under no circumstances can cancellations be accepted for items ordered specially on a customers behalf.
GUARANTEE
Please retain the manufactures packaging in case you have to return the goods for any warranty work. All goods listed are brand new and are from leading manufactures. Claims under guarantee should be made in writing or by telephone. Please indicate date of purchase, sales order number and nature of the fault. Authorisation from ourselves must be obtained before returning any item. Certain items - Cables, Fuses, SCR's and Voice coils are not normally covered under manufactures warranty.
As a main dealer for Velleman
kits we offer a service to get your kit working. If you are unlucky enough
not to get your kit to work we can arrange to have it returned to Belgium.
This service is available free if you purchased the kit from our shop. (The
kit must have been assembled as per the instructions supplied with it and
not modified in anyway.) If you purchased a kit from another supplier and it
will not operate correctly you must return it back to them for assistance.
Goods must be securely packaged and include your name, address and the reason why goods are being returned. Your goods must be fully insured against loss or damage. Misuse is not covered and we reserve the right to retain goods for independent inspection before repair or replacement is made. Refunds will only be given if it is impossible to repair or replace an item. We do not operate a repair service for goods out of warranty or purchased from another supplier.
RETURNS
You may return faulty or goods sent in error, but please do not return goods
for any other reason. No claims will entertained unless we have been
notified within seven days of you receiving goods. Please telephone our sales department for authorisation before returning any item.
Any returned goods must be in their original unopened and sealed
packaging. We do not operate an “on approval” system therefore if you return
goods after 14 days that are neither faulty or sent in error, we will make a charge of 20%
to cover our restocking and inspection costs.
Under no circumstances can
these products be returned:- Software, items ordered specially on a customers behalf
and any product which has been cut to customers requirements.
